  1. Creating concept and strategy for marketing department.
  2. Work with sales team to increase lead generation & maintain existing customer.
  3. Create communication tools for all marketing activities.
  4. Monitor and evaluate result of each campaign.
  5. Able to manage event and handle event.
  6. Achieve the KPI for marketing department.
  7. Plan and execute all the marketing strategy.
  8. Develop and creating strategy to build database.

  2. Have strong understanding of branding
  3. Have sales background
  4. Marketing experience for B to B
  5. Min. 5 years experiences in Managerial level
  6. Have Strong leadership
  7. Good communication & negotiation skill

  9. Comfortable working in fast paced and multi tasking environment
  10. Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team
  11. Willing to travel frequently around Indonesia
