PT Asia Pacific Oil Services - We are a Major Multinational Oil & Gas Service Company located in Jakarta seeking for :

Cashier

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for daily cash & bank collection and release (including onshore & offshore collection and remittance with difference currency);
2. Maintain cash and bank journal and relevant reports;
3. Monitor funding balance and assist management to maintain cash flow smoothly;
4. Check routine payment requests (including staff expenditure reimbursement & office and business payments, etc.);
5. Correspond with banker to issue bank guarantee to cater business request timely;
6. Assist to track AP & OP payments performance progress and maintain a good register;
7. Feedback AR & OR bank information to relevant responsible staff;
8. Trace staff advance to ensure refunding from employee on time;
9. Responsible for weekly and monthly cash count and month end bank reconciliation.
10. Multifarious matters in accounting team.

Requirements:

1. Skill and Character Description:
2. Bachelor degree or above, degree in accounting;
3. Male / Female, max 35 y/o
4. Minimum 1-2 years experience on similar position in foreign companies;
5. Be acquainted with the financial & accounting law/rule of PMA, and tax declaration process;
6. English fluent, daily work and conversation in English;
7. Work experience in industrial enterprises priority
