Operational Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Manage business operations to achieve the target set by the management company (according to Key Performance Indicators / KPIs operation) effectively and efficiently
2. To monitor and supervise the operational strategies and policies for achieving optimization of performance of each store, control and ensure the store is always directional performance (to achieve business goals), structured, and organized according to established business policies

Requirements:

1. Male
2. Max. 40 years old
3. Education : S-1 from any discipline
4. Having experience min. 7 (Seven) years in managerial level (manufacturing is an advantage)
5. Be motivated to lead others Intuitive sense and logic thinking
6. Having knowledge about ISO 9001:2000
7. Having experience in retail & project
8. Well organized and love to improve and develop
9. Target-oriented with excellent customer service skills
10. Excellent negotiations
11. Excellent in managing people and problem solving skills
12. Good command over verbal and written communication skills
13. Mastering computer in Ms.Office, Power Point, Internet
14. Able to work under pressure
15. Willing to be placed in Jakarta Barat
